Lori’s career spans two decades inside behavioral health — not from one seat, but from nearly every seat in the building. She started as a technician. She’s run operations. She’s sat across from clinical teams and in rooms with executives shaping the policies that govern how care actually gets delivered. She’s built admissions departments from the ground up, including her current role as Director of Admissions at a leading Malibu treatment center. There isn’t a version of “the work” she hasn’t touched — operational, clinical, administrative — and that range is exactly why clients trust her with the parts of their lives no one else sees.
But the professional experience is only half of it. What sharpens it — what makes it real — is the work she’s done on herself. Lori has confronted her own battles, rebuilt her own wholeness, and found her footing again more times than she can count. That’s not a credential she lists. It’s the reason she recognizes what’s actually happening in the room, and why clients feel understood rather than managed. She doesn’t just know the systems. She knows what it costs to walk through them.
