HÆLEN Consulting provides personal accountability and life coaching services. Coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical practice focused on structure, accountability, and personal growth. It is explicitly not:
- Medical or psychiatric treatment
- Psychotherapy or licensed mental health counseling
- Legal advice
- Financial or investment advice
- A crisis, emergency, or suicide-prevention service
If you need medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial services, please consult an appropriately licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.
2. Engagement Terms
Specific engagement scope, session cadence, fees, and duration are agreed upon individually with each client prior to the start of coaching, following an initial private consultation. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services or guarantees any particular outcome.
3. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and handle it with discretion appropriate to a private practice serving high-visibility clients. Confidentiality practices, including any limited exceptions required by law (such as imminent risk of harm), are discussed directly as part of engagement.
4. Cancellations & Payment
Payment terms, billing cadence, and cancellation policies are set out in each client's individual engagement agreement and are not governed by this website.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including the client's own effort and circumstances. HÆLEN Consulting makes no guarantee of specific results.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HÆLEN Consulting and Lori Jasinski shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in coaching services.
